ASMATA Inaugurates A Six Man Committee SSG Of Old Motor Car Parts Association Mgbuka

A Six Man Committee has been inaugurated at Old Motor Car Parts Association Mgbuka Obosi, Idemili North Local Government Area by the Anambra State Amalgamated Traders Association, ASMATA, Soludo Support Group, SSG, to spread the news of Governor Soludo’s achievements to all the crannies of the state.
The Chairman of the market, Chief Samuel Ifurunwa who was appointed as the chairman of the committee by the ASMATA President General, PG, Chief Humphrey Anuna prior to the inauguration by the ASMATA State Chairman of Soludo Support Group, Comrade Peter Okala charged them to intensify awareness on Soludo’s achievements in the state.
The ASMATA PG also stressed the need for traders in the market to always stand by the truth if they want to make it in life and at the same time make heaven.
“We lack knowledge and it makes us to mess up, if you believe in God you will not have problem in your life. With truth you will progress in life.
“Governor Soludo has come to better the welfare of the people and all can attest to it. We are not here for campaign, but to create awareness on the numerous achievements of the governor, when the time comes for campaign we talk about that. We are here to inaugurate the team that will create awareness on his achievements in two years,” he stated.
Chief Anuna who fights for better Welfare of traders in the state directed the market Chairman, Ifurunwa,(Igwe Orumba), to present 10 hardworking traders from his market for financial empowerment of #100,000 each, adding that he was born to assist the needy.
He also informed the traders of #40 billion loan by WEMA bank to traders and urged them to apply through the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture.
Inaugurating/swearing in the six-man team, comrade Okala enjoined them to take their job serious adding that the governor who they are going to project has in two years done a lot that has surpassed what the previous administrations were not able to achieve since the inception of the state
Okala charged the newly inaugurated team to spread the news of the various achievements of the governor which according to him include, roads construction, employment of medical personnel, teachers, installation of street solar lights, free medical care to pregnant mothers, employment of youths through one youth two skills initiative, among others.
He reminded both indigenes and non indigenes of the state who are in the market of the need to procure voting cards as instrument of power to re elect Governor Soludo for second tenure adding that those who voted outside the state should now transfer their cards to the state for Soludo.
“This is a state where you make your business, built your house, married, trained your children, among others. The state does you well, why can’t you vote for governor Soludo who has done all these things for you,” he querried.
In his own speech, the former chairman of the market and currently the Idemili zonal chairman, Chief Emmanuel Obiagwu, said, “I am happy for the coming of PG ASMATA, the executives and the campaign committee to our market which I was once the chairman, for the inauguration of the ASMATA Soludo Support Group of the market.
“I am happy because what is happening in other markets which I was asking when will they come to our own had happened today. I am happy because when mentioning the achievements of Soludo in other markets, it would also be mentioned in our market, Mgbuka Obosi,” he stated.
On the PG’s empowerment programme to the traders of the market, he said that, “The PG has known that Mgbuka Obosi market is densely populated and as such has voting strength, if you can get Mgbuka, it will be an achievement, so that’s why he promised the financial empowerment to the traders.
Also on the 2025 gubernatorial election he pleaded with the traders of Mgbuka to come out en masse to exercise their franchise and not to use the election day as a day to play football or other engagements.
“Let those that don’t have voting cards be prepared to register because very soon, INEC will start registration,” he affirmed.
In his response, the market chairman and leader of the inaugurated team, Chief Ifurunwa, expressed satisfaction with the inauguration of the market ASMATA Support Group and pledged that all things meant for the market would get to the traders.
He reiterated his resolve to make the market better than he met it adding that Governor Soludo has through the ASMATA PG, and Special Adviser to Soludo on Trade and Markets, Hon. Evarist Uba, restored peace and sanitized the markets.
On the work of the inaugurated team he assured that they would not relent or disappoint the people adding that Governor Soludo has achieved in just two years what others could not achieve in eight years.
In their various remarks the secretary, Board of Trustees, Hon. Agueze Amaechi and member of the caretaker committee of the market, Sunday Okeke, commended the newly inaugurated team and prayed God to guide and protect them as they forge ahead.
