Recall that the state government stressed on the importance of social distancing and the use of face masks in markets across the state including other institutions that have the capacity to attract large crowd. Investigations by odogwublog.com found that markets in the state do not observe social distancing while face masks was scarcely used by individuals in the markets and on the roads which is against Anambra government’s order.

Eke Awka is a typical example as most buyers and sellers disregard the state government’s warnings on strict compliance to the lockdown rules. Not even social distancing and use of face masks are being observed by traders found in the market.
