Archbishop Ibezim Advises Youths To Uphold Promising Lifestyle
The Archbishop, Ecclesiastical Province of The Niger, Most Reverend Alexander Ibezim has advised youths to meditate on the words of God for them to prosper and succeed in all they do in life.
Most Reverend Ibezim stated this in a sermon at the Anglican Church Of The Pentecost,GRA Awka during rededication and thanksgiving for The Diocesan Girl’s Guild.
Most Reverend Ibezim who is also the Bishop, Diocese of Awka, who anchored his sermon on the topic’ who do you follow’ noted that for any youth to succeed in the world, he or she will focus on things that pleases God.
The Prelate asked the youths to live positively and never allow their hearts to be troubled rather to trust in God as there are more to benefit from God.
He reminded them that God’s light is brighter and will lead them to a successful destination and pointed out that if they meditate, pray and listen to the directives of the holy spirit and call for self-denial, they will possess their possession.
In a remark, the President Mother’s Union, Women’s Guild and Girl’s Guild, Province of The Niger and Diocese of Awka, Mrs. Martha Ibezim stressed the need for fervent prayers amongst the youths so as to help them achieve their potential in life.
A series of prayers were offered for peaceful elections in the country while thanksgiving added glamour to the service.
