Prefers to die in a missionary hospital
The pioneer bishop of the Anglican diocese of Awka, His Grace the Most Rev’d Maxwell Anikwenwa is dead.
The pragmatic theologian and church leader died on Monday, 13th March 2023 after a brief illness.
Until his death, he made a wish to die in a missionary hospital and he died at the prestigious Anglican hospital Iyi-Enu
The former Anglican Communion Dean died at the age of 82
