Appeal Court Overturns N579bn Stamp Duty Ruling Against CBN

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has overturned a Federal High Court ruling that ordered the CBN to pay Kasmal International Services N579bn over stamp duty collections. The court held that Kasmal had no legal basis to be engaged by NIPOST, siding with the CBN’s appeal.
