The Anambra State Joint Taskforce has shattered an unlawful structure at Electrical Market Obosi.

The building was demolished because it was built on one of the access roads into the market, as a result, the market’s access road has now been reclaimed.

Speaking to the ABS on the development, the leader of the joint taskforce and Chairman of Anambra state Physical Planning Board, Barrister Chike Maduekwe, explained that sometime last year, a report came from the market about an individual who was building on the access road in the market.

This he stated led to an investigation after which it was discovered that the structure was built on government land blocking the road.
