Anambra Commissioner for Trade, Commerce & Wealth Creation, Mr Uchenna Okafor Wiper Visits Umunze Ultra Modern Market

The Investor Umunze Ultra Modern Market and Chairman Bills Ltd Chief Sir Ben Oranusi Received in audience, Hon Commissioner for Trade Commerce and Wealth Creation Anambra State, Mr Uchenna Okafor (Wiper) , on Wednesday been the 7th day of September 2020, who led key personnel from the ministry of Trade on inspection of Umunze Ultra Modern Market, Orumba South Local Government Area to acertain the level of work at the site.

Expressing his satisfaction on the level of work ongoing at the site, Mr Uchenna Commended the investor Chief Sir Ben Oranusi for the pace and the quality of work ongoing at the site to crown it all, the speed at which the site is been developed.

Speaking further, Commissioner also apluded the Executive Governor of Anambra State Chief Sir Willie Obiano for his AKU RUE ULO POLICY ,which according to him , gives investors a conducive and enabling environment to troop in and invest in the State.

Meanwhile; the Chairman Bills Ltd and the investor of Umunze Ultra Modern Market, Chief Sir Ben Oranusi in a special way thanked Chief Willie Obiano for such a wonderful and ample opportunity giving to him to develop the market for the good people of Umunze and Anambra State at large.

 He says;

” The Market Haven been Sixty Five percent(65%) Completed, so am appleaing to the Anambra State Government to inurgurate the produce sections while I continued working on the other parts of the market”.

The memorandum of understanding signed in 2018 as it regards to Umunze Ultra Modern Market is a partnership project between Bills Ltd and Anambra State Government and this project when completed will have a dual carriageway, an abattoir, Banks , Truck Garage, feeder roads, Ict Center, Lock up shops which have been ongoing already and quarterly completed, Produce market among other things, he lamented.

Morealso, it would interest you to know that the produce/farmers market has been completed and ready for commissioning by next month November by his Excellency, the Executive Governor of Anambra state.

Finally, Chief Sir Ben Oranusi Noted that the project when finally completed, will play a very vital and big role in decongesting Umunze round about and it’s environ.

Umunze Ultra Modern Market project is one of the Legacy projects of our Working Governor, Chief Willie Obiano ( Akpokuedike Global) administration, which my Good people of Umunze, Old Auguata are happy about, he Concluded.
