Anambra Cancels Allocation At Trans Nkisi

Anambra State Government has cancelled several allocations in Trans Nkisi layout Onitsha.

Mrs. Nkeiru Mokwe, Esq. Permanent Secretary ministry of lands announced this in a public notice on behalf of Mr. Commissioner.
The statement read in part: “In line with Mr. Governor’s desire to restore the master plan of Trans Nkisi Layout, the Anambra State Ministry of Lands is hereby notifying the General Public that Mr. Governor – Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR, has revoked / cancelled all rights, interests, and title documents within the 60-metre road corridor at Trans Nkisi Layout, Onitsha, in Onitsha North Local Government Area, including Plot Nos. C/42 – CP/47 with Building Certificate of Occupancy.

“The general public is hereby advised to desist from any further encroachment on the designated 60-metre road. Additionally, all structures within this area must be removed immediately, as the State Government is committed to restoring Trans Nkisi to its original master plan design.

“Furthermore, individuals and groups are strictly warned against entering, clearing, or engaging in any form of dealings or transactions within the 60-metre road corridor at Trans Nkisi Layout, Onitsha.

The statement concluded:”Anyone who engages in such activities does so at their own risk, as the State Government shall take all necessary steps to recover all parcels of land forming part of the said road, in line with the original master plan”.
