Anambra State House of Assembly has adopted the virement for the 2025 Appropriation Law for the services of Anambra State Government as a working document of the House, following a request by Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo.

The adoption followed the recommendation of the House Committee on Finance and Appropriation at today’s plenary session, after which the House resolved into the Committee of Supply where the necessary legislative actions were taken.

The Speaker of the House, Right Honourable Somtochukwu Udeze, called for the adoption of the virement, which was unanimously approved through a voice vote.
