Anambra 2025: Fegge Ward 3 Campaign DG, Polling Units Managers Brainstorm On Way Forward

To ensure massive mobilization of voters for the re-election of Governor Charles Soludo in the November 8 gubernatorial election, Fegge Ward 3 Campaign Director General, DG, Hon Tochukwu Umeobieri, on November 1, convoked all polling units managers to deliberate on the task ahead and actualisation of their goals.
The meeting which comprised of the ward Councillor, ward chairman, past and present women leaders, youth leaders and others, was held at the ward office, Uga Street Fegge Onitsha.
Hon.Umeobiaeri while addressing the gathering, emphasized the importance of team work and urged them to take the election as important personal affair.
He reiterated on the need to be at their polling units as early as 7am on the election day, to always be at alert, vigilant, and fearless in the course of their duties assuring them of transparent, free and fair election.
Umeobieri who is one of the party’s stakeholders while reacting to a contribution made that the BIVAS machine is technologically timed, disagreed with the view and stated categorically that machines are not timed unless manipulated, even as he advised them to ensure that the machines are on zero, zero base prior to the voting exercise.
The DG also warned them to shun anything that would amount to red flag, stating that voting without BIVAS machine, wrong figures on result sheets, refusal to upload results by INEC officials and premature close of voting can amount to red flag, thereby rendering the particular polling unit voting exercise invalid.
The Ward Councillor, Hon.Chinedu Okoro while thanking all the polling units managers for making out time for the meeting despite their tight schedules, assured them that with the achievements of Governor Charles Soludo and APGA government so far in the state, together with the strategies at hand that the victory is assured.
He lauded the campaign DG, the ward chairman and everyone for their contributions towards the coming election.
