Alleged N3.1bn Fraud: Court Orders Suswam to Open Defence

An Abuja Federal High Court has ruled that former Benue Governor Gabriel Suswam and ex-Finance Commissioner Omodachi Okolobia have a case to answer in the alleged N3.1bn fraud case filed by the EFCC. Justice Peter Lifu dismissed their no-case submission and ordered them to open their defence on September 22.
