Former CSO to late Gen. Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al-Mustapha (rtd), has declared his intention to contest the 2027 presidential election on the SDP platform. Speaking in Minna, he vowed to rebuild Nigeria with integrity and renewed leadership.
