AA governorship candidate in Abia state, Amb Chijioke Okoro has cried out that the ruling party in the state, PDP is planning to use political thugs to ensure that tomorrow’s election favours them.
Speaking to newsmen in Aba, Amb. Okoro maintained that the ruling party in the state has masterminded the act of dastardly how influencing the results of Saturday’s polls through the use of political thugs. He said, “I have been able to confirm that PDP has arranged political thugs to cause havoc tomorrow because they are afraid they would be defeated, I’m saying this so that INEC and security operatives in the state can be aware”.
It can be recalled that PDP lost woefully to revamped Labour Party movement led by Peter Obi in the presidential election in Abia state, governor okezie Ikpeazu lost his bid to become a senator to Abaribe of APC:Amb. Okoro maintained that PDP is about to engage in the unholy act because they are not willing to taste defeat again.
