Kaduna Court Jails Man for Land Fraud, Orders N1.55m Restitution
A Kaduna High Court has sentenced Abdullahi Haladu to five years in prison for defrauding a land buyer of N1.55 million.
Haladu, who falsely sold land he didn’t own, was also ordered to refund the full amount. He has the option of a N200,000 fine.
