Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has renamed The Polytechnic Ibadan after late former governor Dr. Victor Olunloyo. The institution will now be called Omololu Olunloyo Polytechnic, Ibadan. Makinde made the announcement on Thursday during Olunloyo’s state burial ceremony, honoring his legacy as the first Ibadan indigene to govern the state and a former rector of the polytechnic.
