Reps Order Mandatory Diphtheria Vaccination Nationwide
The House of Representatives has directed health authorities to enforce compulsory diphtheria vaccination, testing, and treatment nationwide, following over 41,000 suspected cases and 1,279 deaths. Lawmakers also ordered a compliance review and public sensitisation campaign to curb further spread.
