Operation Udo Ga Achi: CP Receives An Award Of A Strategic Crime Fighter For Enhancing Security, Crime Fighting

The Stakeholders of 3.3 residents, Nkwelle Ezunaka in Oyi Local Government Area, Anambra State on 28th April, recognized the Anambra State Commissioner of Police with an award of a Strategic Crime Fighter for efforts at enhancing security and fighting crime, especially reflecting on the CP’s value to the community engagement in Policing.

According to a press release by the Police Public Relation Officer, PPRO, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, for Anambra State Police Command, “This was during the CP led patrol of Operation Udo Ga Achi Zero Kidnapping, stopped by 3-3 in Nkwelle Ezunaka Community, where he interacted with the Stakeholders comprising different Chairmen of the Estates, Private Security Operatives and other respected residents in the area to enhance greater cooperation for more effective policing in the area.

“The CP is prioritizing community safety and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve lasting peace especially the Police-led Operation Udo Ga Chi – Zero Kidnapping which means: “Peace must Reign,” through increased security presence to deter crimes and reassure the public.

“The CP in his response, appreciated the community and assured them of Improved Policing Service delivery that is people-friendly. He thereafter dedicated the award to victims of Police unprofessional conduct in the State”,Ikenga said.
