Troops Rescue NDLEA Deputy Commander, Five Others from Kidnappers in Taraba
Troops of the Nigerian Army, in a joint operation with other security agencies, have rescued NDLEA Zone 1 Deputy Commander Musa Hudu and five others from suspected kidnappers in Taraba State.
The victims were abducted on April 27 after gunmen attacked their vehicle along the Wukari–Kente road. A search-and-rescue operation launched overnight led to their safe recovery from a nearby bush by 6am the following day.
Military sources confirmed all victims were unharmed and later escorted to safety.
