The police charged Chidinma Orebiyi, 37; Favour Ikenna , 21 and Robert Ikenna, 24, who all reside in Oshodi, Lagos with breach of peace and causing grievous harm.

The Prosecution Counsel, ASP Raji Akeem, told the court that the defendants committed the offence on July 24.

He said that they fought over whose turn it was to fetch water.
