2025 Budget Defense By MDAs On Going At Anambra State Assembly
Chairman Anambra State House of Assembly Committee on Finance and Appropriation, Sir Ejike Okechukwu, has described the proposed 2025 budget of six hundred and seven billion naira as a progressive blueprint for development.
Sir Ejike, who represents Anaocha Constituency Two, stated this during the budget defense by ministries, departments, agencies, and other government parastatals.
In her presentation, the Commissioner for Budget and Economic Planning, Mrs. Chiamaka Nnake, disclosed that the ministry will sustain its partnerships to ensure that Ndi Anambra continues to receive value for their money.
The Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Izunna Okafor, noted that despite the increase in the budget, the state government is committed to improving its internally generated revenue.
