2023 Election: Lawmaker, Charges APGA Onitsha South Local Government On Total Commitment

The Lawmaker representing Onitsha 11 Constituency in the State House of Assembly Hon. Edward Ibuzo have charged All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Onitsha South Local Government, to be totally committed in working for the victory of the party come 2023 elections.

The Lawmaker who is APGA Candidate for Onitsha North/South House of Representatives come 2023 elections, also charged them that if they can campaign in good spirit and convinved the multitude in the constituency, their victory is assured.

Hon.Ibuzo gave this charge to the Wards Chairmen, Secretaries, Women Leaders, Youth Leaders etc at the Onitsha Local Government Secretariat during the official flag of his campaign.

“I am here for you to know what APGA is looking for, in Abuja, so that you will have the moral for campaign, lets forget our grievances, work together and deliver all our Candidates both in the Presidency, Senate, House of Representatives and House of Assembly, you will get whatever good you are requesting for, because if we fail this one, we are doomed.

”The Legislature who is there have stayed for 16 years, She still wants to go again, She have overstayed, though She tried and the roads She attracted and constructed 2 years ago have spoilt, but the ones I attracted in Onitsha North 11 is 20 years guarantee which Governor Soludo confirmed.

“When you attract roads without over site, there is error, instead of attracting roads, after one, two years, it spoilt, don’t attract, it is more dangerous because it has been written in Abuja that the road have been constructed. For 20 years, no attention will be given to that road.

”I made bills and motions in the house on the 16th of October 2020. At the prenary, I told the then Commissioner for works to step because he disappointed me on the Akpaka roads he promised to contruct but failed, which later got the attention of the Governor.The House of Assembly is a house of record and it is verifiable.

Counting his achievements so far as a Lawmaker in the State House of Assembly, he said that he repaired and constructed the collapsed bridge linking Akpaka Prisons, repaired of Sapiensa road, marine road by Ose Market, free medical check ups and drugs by medical doctors and other health care professionals every Thursdays for 7 year till now, empowerments with deep freezer,sewing machine, Tri-cycle and so many others.

Similarly, the National Publicity Secretary of APGA Prophet Tex Okechukwu urged APGA Wards Executives to be committed in the coming election, to make APGA the leading party both at local and National level.

“Hon.Ibuzo have track records, and he rejected 120M Naira from All Progressive Congress party, APC because of the love he have for APGA. He will make us proud at the National level.

The Member representing Onitsha South 1 in the State House of Assembly Hon.Uzoma Eli in his speech expressed his joy over the administration of Governor Soludo so far, said that he is wonderful.

He pleaded with the people of Onitsha South to support the government and urged all APGA Faithfuls to come together to work and secure victory come 2023 elections.
