Where is Anambra’s Leadership? SEEAT’27 Demands Action**

Residents of Ihiala Local Government Area, Anambra State, have cried out to the Professor Soludo-led government for urgent intervention following the gruesome massacre of innocent inhabitants in Lilu community late Monday, 26th May 2025.
This tragic incident comes just days after the brutal attack on Isseke community, also in Ihiala, on Thursday, 22nd May 2025. That attack claimed the lives of four family members—an elderly man, his two wives, and their daughter—making these violent assaults disturbingly recurrent.
The heinous crimes committed by unknown assailants have ignited outrage among citizens nationwide, particularly within the Southeast region, where concerns have been raised both virtually and physically.

The South East Elders Alliance for Tinubu’27 (SEEAT’27), which had previously drawn the president’s attention to similar attacks through its National Coordinator, Hon. Engr. Humphrey C. Nsofor, FNSE, has now reiterated its plea for federal intervention. Given the apparent inability of the state government to curb these escalating attacks, SEEAT’27 is urging the federal government to step in and halt the killings and maiming of innocent citizens in Ihiala and other parts of the state by these ruthless criminals.
Speaking with Odogwublog.com, after gathering information from sources in the affected area, Hon. Nsofor confirmed that Lilu residents suffered fatalities, while some of the injured have been hospitalized. He added that, according to the victims, many feel abandoned by the Anambra State government and are now seeking immediate federal assistance.
