VeryDarkMan Arrested by Police at GTBank in Abuja
Popular social media influencer Martins Vincent Otse, known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), was arrested by police in Abuja on Friday following his public criticism of GTBank over alleged unauthorized withdrawals from his mother’s account.
His lawyer, Deji Adeyanju, confirmed the arrest via Twitter, stating that VDM was apprehended at GTBank’s Area 3 branch alongside a friend, while his mother was left behind. Adeyanju called the arrest “unacceptable,” adding that “demanding accountability is not a crime.”
