Tinubu Approves ₦3.6bn ITF Scheme for 200,000 Artisans
President Bola Tinubu has approved ₦3.6 billion for the ITF Skill-Up Artisans programme, targeting 200,000 artisans, including tailors, with training, certification and business support.
