Oil Marketers Jailed 14 Years for N2.2bn Subsidy Fraud
A Lagos court has sentenced oil marketers Mamman Nasir Ali and Christian Taylor to 14 years in prison for defrauding the Federal Government of N2.2 billion through false subsidy claims.
Justice Mojisola Dada found them guilty of submitting fake documents for fuel importation. The EFCC hailed the ruling as a win against economic crimes.
