NAPS Urges Tinubu, NASS to Let Polytechnics Award Degrees
The National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS) has called on President Tinubu and the National Assembly to empower polytechnics to award B.Tech and B.Sc. degrees to end the HND-BSc dichotomy.
NAPS also proposed a student insurance scheme, mental health campaigns, and improved campus security. Declaring June 12 as “Adupe Day,” the group plans a One Million Student March to thank the government for its increased education funding.
