Speaking to newsmen today concerning the pathetic state and the austerity in the country ,he said:” corruption is the major tool that has kept us in this unbearable situation, high rate of embezzlement of funds that are meant for collective and mutual projects have really impoverished the nation and and brought immense economic hardship and sufferings to Nigerians”.
He recapitulated that with the immense resources the Nigerian nation is endowed with,we are not supposed to be indebted to world bank or any nation of the world ” if not for corruption that had crippled us,with the immense resources we have got,we are not supposed to borrow money from any nation of the world,we should rather be giving out loans to other nations of the world because we’re immensely blessed,our children are not supposed to be going through difficult times, Nigerians are not supposed to be going abroad in search of greener pasture if our resources as a nation has been effectively managed
