FCCPC to Arraign Qatar Airways CEO, Top Executives Oct. 7 Over Alleged Consumer Rights Breach

The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) will arraign Qatar Airways CEO Temi Birdzell and three top officials on October 7 before the Federal High Court in Abuja over alleged violations of the FCCPC Act.

Charges include failure to comply with lawful summons and withholding documents. The arraignment was postponed due to improper service of court documents.
