Court Convicts Ex-Power Minister Mamman in ₦33.8bn Fraud
A Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted former Power Minister Saleh Mamman on 12 counts of fraud and money laundering over ₦33.8bn.
The court ruled the EFCC proved its case beyond reasonable doubt, linking him to diversion of power project funds, and ordered his arrest after he failed to appear for judgment.
