COOU Mass Com Outplays Unizik Mass Com 3-0 in Friendly Football Match.

A friendly football match took place at Coke Centre, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, between the Mass Communication departments of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) and Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University(COOU) today. COOU dominated the pitch, securing a convincing 3–0 victory over their hosts.
The match kicked off at exactly 10:30 am, with Unizik fans cheering their team with high hopes. The first half ended with COOU leading 2–0, despite Unizik’s spirited efforts. The visitors’ defense was solid, and their offense was clinical.
The second half started on a dramatic note, as a Unizik player stormed off the pitch in frustration, citing lack of team coordination and inadequate training.
COOU sealed their win with a third goal, leaving Unizik fans disappointed. A Unizik fan present described the loss as a “huge upset.”
The final whistle blew at 12:30 pm, with COOU Mass Communication Department celebrating a well-deserved 3–0 win.
