Brothers brutalise expectant mother in Ebonyi
Police in Ebonyi has apprehended two siblings for allegedly assaulting a pregnant mother and imposing injuries on her.
The police gave the name of the arrested brothers as Sunday Nabu and Chidera Nabu.
They allegedly attacked Mrs. Anna Nwonu at her home in Ndufu Ezzama, Ezza South local government area of the state.
Her husband, Pastor Benjamin Nwonu told Odogwublog that the suspects came into his residence with their mother and brutalised his pregnant wife, inflicting wounds on her.
Police spokesperson, Loveth Odah confirmed the arrest of the suspects by the command, describing their cases like stealing, malicious damage and assault occasioning harm”.
