Benue Killings: governor Alia,IG, commissioner of police must go-prophet Ikuru
The prophetic hall of fame and Ambassador of peace, prophet Godwin Ikuru of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry has reacted to the lingering security menace in the country, especially Benue state, calling on the governor of the state, Hyacinth Alia, the commissioner of police of the state and the inspector General of police to resign.
The Prophet maintained that Alia should resign since he can’t guarantee the safety of lives and properties within his state”it’s very disdainful and disheartening that governor Alia has failed in his primary duty as a governor,he can’t guarantee the safety of his people, it’s a big shame, nobody wants to visit Benue state, farmers are getting killed on daily basis, communities are being invaded and annihilated with so much ease and the governor has no answer, he’s not worthy to rule ,the food basket of the nation,just manages to get little for her consumption,Alia must go”
Prophet Ikuru reiterated that the Inspector General of police needs to resign since he can’t protect and guarantee the safety of Nigerians, within Nigeria “the commissioner of police in the state and the IG must go because they have failed us, apart from Benue state,take a look at Plateau state,Zamfara,Borno, Katsina, Sokoto,Yobe,Edo,and others are experiencing lingering insecurity issues,the truth is that nowhere in Nigeria is safe ,that means that the police has failed us, since they can guarantee internal security, what is the IGP, the IRT and other intelligence units doing,the country needs a change in order for the safety of lives and properties to be guaranteed “
