Bandits Kill 15 in Midnight Attacks on Bauchi Villages
Suspected bandits killed at least 15 people in coordinated late-night raids on three villages in Bauchi State’s Alkaleri LGA, officials confirmed Monday.
The attackers struck Mansur, Digare, and Sabuwar Sara, targeting mostly local vigilantes protecting the area from cross-border banditry.
Bauchi Police Commissioner Sani-Omolori Aliyu condemned the killings and deployed tactical teams, vowing to hunt down the perpetrators.
