Agulu Stands Tall For Ikukuoma–iyom: ₦85 Million, Cars, And A Thunderous End Victory

It was a moment of political clarity and communal conviction as Agulu people—indigenes and non-indigenes alike—gathered in their thousands at Central School Agulu to make a resounding statement: Ikukuoma–Iyom is our choice. The endorsement of Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu and Senator Uche Ekwunife for the November 8 Anambra governorship election was not just symbolic—it was seismic.
In a show of unshakable support, the Agulu community donated a staggering ₦80 million to the Ikukuoma–Iyom Campaign Organization. That’s not all. Hon. Onyebuchi Okpala, fondly known as Ike Agulu, added his personal stamp with a ₦5 million donation and a Sienna car. The community matched him—another Sienna car handed over to power the campaign trail.

The atmosphere was electric. Musical maestro Ichoku Agulu serenaded the crowd, amplifying the spirit of unity and purpose.
Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, visibly moved, thanked Agulu for their generosity and pledged that their trust would be rewarded. He promised robust security across Anambra, a power revolution through joint ventures, and an economic stimulus that would unlock jobs and prosperity. Agriculture, he emphasized, will be a cornerstone—driving employment through value chains that touch every community.
Senator Uche Ekwunife (Ifekaelodo), in her own powerful address, thanked Agulu for standing firm. She reminded them of her track record—projects delivered, promises kept—and urged them to vote APC for a future where Agulu is not just remembered, but prioritized.

November 8 is not just a date. It’s a decision. And Agulu has spoken. Loudly. Clearly. Unapologetically.
