African Democratic Congress (ADC) Obtains ANSAA Out-of-Home Visual Campaign Political Permit for Anambra State Governorship Election

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has officially obtained the Out-of-Home Visual Campaign Political Permit from the Anambra State Signage & Advertisement Agency – ANSAA ahead of the 2025 Anambra State Governorship Election scheduled for November 8th, 2025.

Present at the permit handover are the management team of ANSAA led by the MD of ANSAA, Tony Odili Ujubuoñu, and the key figures of the campaign structure of ADC, including:

Barr. Ben Chuks Nwosu – Chief of Staff to the Candidate

Prof. Zelu-Njo Ugoeze – Women Coordinator

Azubuike Paschal – Head of Media

Comrade Patrick Obianyo – State Chairman, ADC

Henry Emma Udoji – P.A to the Campaign Chairman

The permit empowers ADC to commence deployment of campaign materials and promotional activities across Anambra State, including posters, branded vehicles, public address systems, banners, fliers, T-shirts used in street storms, rallies, and more in all 21 Local Government Areas.

This further demonstrates ADC’s commitment to running an issue-based campaign while operating in full compliance with ANSAA’s guidelines.
