Borno court jails woman 5 years for human trafficking

A Maiduguri High Court has sentenced Salamatu Saidu to five years in prison for trafficking two persons, the NAPTIP said.

The conviction was delivered on the same day she was arraigned under Nigeria’s anti-trafficking law.
