US issues warrant for Nigerian fraud convict after prison no-show
US authorities have issued a warrant for Nigerian-born fraud convict Emuobosan Emanuella Hall after she failed to report to prison to begin an eight-year sentence over a romance scam.
Officials say she is now on the run and could face an additional 10 years if convicted for failing to surrender.
