IMAN DG,Amb.Okoro felicitates Disu as the new IG of police

The Director General of Importers Association of Nigeria Taskforce IMAN ,Amb.Chijioke Okoro has felicitated the new acting Inspector General of Police, Tunji Disu as he was officially decorated by the President of the country, Ahmed Bola Tinubu and confirmed the new Inspector General of Police by the Nigeria Police Council.
Amb.Okoro enunciated that Disu is destined to succeed tremendously as his wealth of experience would surely make him great phenomenon at the national level ” I have known the IG for several years, he’s a very sincere person who loves to get things done,serving in Alagbon, Lagos would be of great help to him as the acting IG because I know that he’s destined for greatness,I want to officially congratulate him for this tremendous appointment by the president, I want to also thank Nigeria Police Council for confirming his appointment i pray that God would help and strengthen him as he looks forward to sanitizing the police force “.
He commended President Tinubu for the appointment and urged Nigerians to give the new IG maximum support to enable him succeed and transform the police,he reiterated that IMAN will work with him effectively in order to address illegal importation of goods in the country.
