Defence Minister Musa Orders Troops to Engage Bandits Immediately

Defence Minister Gen. Christopher Musa (rtd) has instructed troops to act immediately against armed bandits without waiting for orders.

He announced plans to redeploy soldiers from checkpoints to conflict zones, leaving police and NSCDC to man the checkpoints, aiming to improve security for farmers and communities.

Musa warned that any soldier claiming to await orders in danger is cowardly and vowed that no Nigerian should be killed due to security gaps.
