Abiodun’s Wife Launches Free Surgeries, Seeks Support for Poor

Ogun First Lady, Bamidele Abiodun, has flagged off a free surgical outreach at OOUTH, Sagamu, for indigent patients with hernia, fibroids, cataracts, and goitre.

Partnering with US-based doctors, she urged wealthy Nigerians to support the less privileged, saying excess wealth can save lives.

So far, 51 surgeries have been done, with 175 patients awaiting treatment. A multimillion-naira endoscope machine was also donated for early cancer detection.
