IPOB Hails Kenyan Court Ruling Declaring Kanu’s Arrest, Extradition Illegal

IPOB has praised a Kenyan High Court ruling declaring the 2021 arrest and forced extradition of its leader, Nnamdi Kanu, as illegal and unconstitutional. The court awarded Kanu KSh10 million in damages and condemned both Kenyan and Nigerian governments for violating his rights. IPOB described the judgment as a “judicial earthquake”, vowing to pursue global accountability for what it called an act of state-sponsored international terrorism.
