Court Orders Contempt Charge Served on INEC Chairman Over NRM Dispute
A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered substituted service of a contempt charge on INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, for allegedly disobeying a court order recognizing the Chief Edozie Njoku-led executives of the National Rescue Mission (NRM). Justice Obiora Egwuatu directed that Form 48 be served on any INEC staff at its headquarters, with the case adjourned to July 15.
