Indian, Dangote Workers Arraigned for Alleged N4bn Diesel Diversion

An Indian national, Tukur Shamsudden, and 12 others were arraigned before a Federal High Court in Lagos for allegedly diverting diesel worth over N4bn belonging to Dangote Industries.

The suspects, including Dangote staff and logistics contractors, face 16 counts of conspiracy and fraud. They all pleaded not guilty. Trial begins July 22.
