Suspected Suicide Bomber Killed in Abuja Explosion

An explosion near Mogadishu Barracks in Abuja killed one suspected suicide bomber and injured another on Monday. While an eyewitness described it as an IED blast, military officials suggested it might have been caused by a phone device. Security and emergency agencies are investigating.
