Twenty individuals have been arrested in connection with the hacking of the 2025 Computer-Based Test conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)

The arrests were carried out in Abuja by operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Nigeria Police Force.
The suspects are part of a syndicate, reportedly comprising over 100 members, known for hacking the computer servers of examination bodies such as JAMB and the National Examinations Council (NECO).
