2019 Enugu governorship aspirant tasks Ugwuanyi on project delivery

A 2019 goverrnoship aspirant in Enugu State on the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC). Chief Ben Chuka Eche,has advised Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State to show more commitment in spreading developmental projects across the three zones of the state, saying there are still much work to be done and the challenges of the moment does not call for celebration.
Chief Eche gave the advise in a press statement he issued in Enugu, a copy of which was made available to newsmen , asserting lopsided in the siting of projects in the state, with Enugu North senatorial district being favoured with more of the completed projects.
The Enugu State APC chieftain who spoke on the backdrop of Governor Ugwuanyi’s plan to upgrade and revitalise some General hospitals in the state, asserted that work are yet to start on some key projects in Awgu axis of Enugu West senatorial district unlike some others within Enugu North senatorial district which has been fairly executed by the present administration.
The press statement read in parts, “Now that you have visited the general hospitals across the state, I will strongly recommend that you appoint a reliable and capable hand to oversee these projects, don’t leave them with your personal assistants ‘
‘His Excellency,It is not yet a celebration until we can point out what your regime has accomplished for our people across all the zones. Enugu is watching’
Chief ECHE mentioned some of the previous projects marked for Away axis of Enugu State by Governor Ugwuanyi administration which are yet to take off to include the proposed establishment of College/University of education at Away, the urbanization of Away townstarting from ‘Ali no Ukwa’ junction and the upgrading/commercialization of Enugu State games village, Awgu.
He asserted that similar projects marked by Governor Ugwuanyi administration in Enugu North senatorial district are almost completed. He mentioned the ESUT(Enugu state university teaching hospital) at Baulks, as an example.
