Proscription of IPOB : Ike Ekweremadu, Nnia Nwodo, Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Eastern Governors

Proscription  of  IPOB : Ike  Ekweremadu, Nnia  Nwodo,  Ohanaeze   Ndigbo  &

Eastern  Governors   , and  not  Buhari, are to blame .    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Voice  from the  East – VEAST , an Igbo  Group, has  claimed a   critical evaluation of  the tag of  ‘terrorism’  given to  Independent Peoples  of  Biafra- IPOB  with a view  to  discovering who  really  is responsible  between   Ike  Ekweremadu, Nnia  Nwodo’s  Ohanaeze  Ndigbo  and  South East  Governors  on one  hand, and Muhammadu  Buhari’s  Presidency  on another.  The word  ‘‘proscription’  in Oxford Advance  Learners Dictionary  means ‘‘ to  state  oficially  that  something is dangerous or forbidden.’’ Hence,  Igbo  Governors   with  Ohanaeze  Ndigbo  , alongside Ike  Ekweremadu, stated  officially that  IPOB  is  dangerous, and said  officially that  IPOB  is forbidden. VEAST  querries : ‘‘‘‘ what then is  terrorism tag  aside being dangerous,  and  so  forbidden ? What  is the difference  between a terrorist  and  a  forbidden person? What is the difference between  a  dangerous person  and a terrorist?’’’’ VEAST  comparatively  wondered why  Arewa  Consultative Forum  with its  Council  of  Elders  did  not proscribe  Arewa Youth  when they gave  Igbos  quit  notice  in  all the  Northern states. VEAST  rhetorically  asks ‘‘‘ why  have Sokoto caliphate  with its sultan, alongside  Ango Abdullahi , Paul Unongo, Sule Gambari, emir of Kano, emir of Fika, emir of  Gwandu, emir of Zauzzau  and the  host of other  emirs  and leaders  of islamic North , NOT declared  Fulaniherdsmen  terrorist  group   they  really are, despite the  undeniable  blood letting  they perpectuate? Why  rather  do they protect  Fulaniherdsmen?’’’ According  to VEAST, the rush with  which  Nnia Nwodo  , Ike Ekweremadu  and  Eastern Governors  used  to proscribe  IPOB, despite the  glarring fact  they  never  killed any body,  shows  that   these Igbos  are bunch  of  bought overs   and  islamic stooges  and  horde of sell outs on Igbo   Cause  and Course.

As  the  Convener  of    VEAST  - Comrade  Kindness  Jonah  pointed out in his address  to  journalists  in Enugu ,  an Igbo  proverb says : whoso fetched  the firewood  festered  with ants,   has  automatically invited the lizard. Ike  Ekweremadu, Nnia  Nwodo, Ohanaeze  Ndigbo with South  East  Governors fetched  the firewood  festered with lizard  in their  senseless proscription of IPOB, and played into the waiting hands of the enemies  of Igbo existentiality  called  Muhammadu Buhari  and Sokoto- islamic caliphate , who  wasted  no tickle of a  second   in declaring IPOB a terrorist  organization, an unfortunate  scenario, VEAST  hinted, that resulted  to the wastage of  the blood of more than 30  Igbo youngsters at Umuahia, Okpuala- Ngwa   and Aba.  ‘‘‘VEAST   evaluated the  case  with  passion for change  and came up with the following observations:

·    Buhari  is  not responsible  for branding  IPOB  a terrorist  group, but  Eastern Governors, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Nnia  Nwodo  and Ike  Ekweremadu ,  clearly  are.

·      Conclusion:    VEAST  states  unequivocally that,  though  Buhari  is  a  stark enemy of anything  Igbo, in this  case of branding IPOB a terrorist organization, he is  not responsible, but  our  own  Igbo  sons :  Ike  Ekweremadu , Nnia Nwodo, Ohanaeze  Ndigbo  as well as Igbo Governors,   are  equarely responsible.
