Jubilation as Bishop Nwokolo ordains 18 priests

www.odogwublog.com reports that Anglican Bishop on the Niger, Right Reverend Owen Nwokolo has ordained eighteen (18) priests in the Anglican Communion.

This happened at the All Saints Cathedral Onitsha.
Bishop Nwokolo charged the priests to proclaim Jesus Christ by word and deed even as he advised them to fashion their life in accordance with its precepts as well as love and serve the people they will work with.

In a sermon titled "Beware of Strange Fire” Venerable Ndubuisi Obi, spoke on the need for the Clergy to work according to the scripture and order of Anglican Church, cautioning them against the importation of any belief or practice that is strange to Anglican Communion.

Venerable Ndubuisi reminded them that every priest has his own uniqueness, hence the need for them to avoid competition, be disciplined, careful and organized in their priestly work.
The Deacons after taking oaths of canonical obedience, submission, and allegiance to God and making declarations were ordained priest by the Bishop who presented them with Bible, Patent and Chalice as a mark of their priesthood.
