Dr Ngonadi joins Anambra Assembly race for Nnewi North

www.odogwublog.com reports that Dr Obinna Ngonadi, the son of a frontline industrialist in Nnewi, Sir Humphrey Ngonadi has joined the 2019 Anambra State House of Assembly race.

The House of Assembly hopeful made his intention to represent Nnewi North local government area known yesterday during a stakeholders meeting of All Progressives Grand Allainace(APGA) which held in the expansive compound of the industrialist.

Dr Ngonadi said he enter the race to give his people a quality representation in the Anambra State House of Assembly and as well proffer solutions to multi-dimensional challenges confronting the industrial town of Nnewi.

The aspirant who is an entrepreneur and a trader pointed out that the issues that concerns the Nnewi main market would be brought to the front burner if makes it to the assembly in the next year's general elections, particularly the allegations that traders are being exploited through excess taxes and levies.

He said the Nnewi main market as the golden geese that lay the golden egg in terms  of huge internally generated revenue should enjoy infrastructural facilities like good road network in and outside so that people can carry out their trade in a conducive business environment.

Dr Ngonadi also promised to hold periodic meetings with his constituents on the challenges confronting each quarter of the town so as to find ways of going round such challenges and position Nnewi for greatness.

The assembly hopeful at occasion commended the elders of Nnewi for instituting a rotational arrangement for elective positions which according to him has kept the industrial town in peace and equilibrium.

The Anambra state chairman of APGA, Chief Norbert Obi in his speech during the stakeholders meeting described the House of Assembly aspirant as good product that has the capability to sell itself.

He however promised a level playing ground for all aspirants to any of the elective positions in the state but added that Dr Obinna is without blemish.
