Enugu APC faction being sponsored by Ekweremadu

www.odogwublog.com reports that the faction of Enugu state chapter of All Progressives Grand Alliance[APC] led by Comrade Adolphus Ude,yesterday denied allegations that his faction is a plot by the Deputy Senate President,Senator Ike Ekweremadu,to destabilize  the Enugu state chapter of APC,from constituting a credible opposition against the PDP,which is the ruling party in the state.

Comrade A.C.Ude and  Senator Ike Ekweremadu hails from the same constituency[Greater Awgu] within Enugu West senatorial district of the state.

Comrade Ude who spoke to news men in Enugu, after a meeting with members of the state working committee, loyal to his faction said  the allegation cannot be substantiated  since there are records to prove that more people have  joined  APC in Enugu West Senatorial district in the concluded  re registration exercise of the party  than in Enugu East senatorial district, where his rival,Dr Ben Nwoye.comes from.

He maintained that his faction is pursuing a just cause to salvage the party in the state from dictatorial tendencies of Dr Nwoye's style of leadership and misappropriation of party's funds.

Comrade Ude disclosed  that his faction has not gone to court to challenge Dr Nwoye's alleged misappropriation of party funds, instead they have  officially tabled their complaints against Dr Nwoye and the reasons why they decided to suspend him before the National Secretariat and is waiting on the outcome of their decision before next line of action.

“We have submitted our resolutions to the national secretariat and we
believe our protest will get positive response. If the national fail
to react, then we will show that you cannot beat a child and tell him
not to cry. We are fighting a just cause and the legacy of the party
must be sustained, despite whatever anybody thinks”.
